ቃል ኮሚሽነር ስፖርትን ባህልን ኣምባሳደር ዘመደ ተኽለ
ስፖርት ኪንዮ ምዝንጋዕ ዝኸይድ ኣድማሳዊ ንጥፈት እናኾነ ይመጽእ ከምዘሎ እቲ በብእዋኑ ዘርእዮ ዘሎ ዲናሚካዊ ምዕባለታት ሓደ መግለጺ እዩ። ኣብ ኤርትራ’ውን እዚ ዓውዲ’ዚ ሃገራዊ ሓድነትን መንነትን ዜጋታት ኣብ ምድልዳል፡ ብስነ ምግባርን ተጻዋርነትን ዝልለ ሃገር ዝሃንጽ ተባዕን ጥዑይን ዜጋ ኣብ ምኹስኳስ፡ ሓድነትን ፍቕርን ሓፋሽ ኣብ ምሕያልን ምስ ካልኦት ኣህዛብ ኣብ ሓባራዊ ስኒትን ምንብባርን ከምዝነብር ኣብ ምግባርን ከምኡ’ውን ኤርትራ ብደረጃ ዓለም ኣብ ስፖርታዊ ውድድራትን ካልእ ኣጋጣሚታትን ዝህልዋ መሰለት ኣብ ምዂላዕ ዘተኮረ መትከላትን ዕላማታትን ዘለዎ እዩ። ንኤርትራ ኣብ ዲፕሎማሲ ስፖርት ንጥፍቲ ተዋሳኢት ንምግባራ`ውን ሓደ ካብቲ ዕላማታት እዩ።
እዚ መትከላትን ዕላማታትን ሸቶኡ ብዝግባእ ንክወቅዕ ኣገደስቲ ካብ ዝኾኑ ረቛሒታት ሓደ ድማ ተራን ኣበርክቶን ማዕከናት ዜና እዩ። ኣብ ርእሲ’ቲ ኣብ ምሕያል ስፖርት ምቕሉል ኣበርክቶ ክገብር ዝጸንሐ ሃገራዊ ማዕከናት ዜናና እምበኣር፡ ስፖርታዊ ኣካላት - ብቐንዱ ከኣ ሃገራዊ ኮሚቴ ኦሊምፒክስን ሃገራውያን ፈደረሽናትን - ልሳነን ዝኾነ ንጡፍ፡ እሙን፡ ኣሳታፊ ከምኡ`ውን ሓባርን ኣስተምሃርን ማዕከን ዜና ክህልወን መድረኽ ዝጠልቦ ሕቶ ኮይኑ ዘሎ እዩ።
ሃገራዊ ኮሚቴ ኦሊምፒክስ ኤርትራ ኣብዚ ቴክኖሎጂ ሓበሬታ ብዝተወሳሰበ መልክዕ ዝውንጨፈሉ ዘሎ መድርኽ መርበብ ሓበሬታ ክኸፍት ምውሳኑ ድማ ናይ ነገር ኣጋጣሚ ኣይኮነን። እዛ “ኤሪኖክ” ተሰምያ ዘላ ኣብ ስፖርት ሃገርና ፈላሚት ዝኾነት መርበብ ሓበሬታ`ዚኣ ብሃገራዊ ኮሚቴ ኦሊምፒክስ ትውነንን ኩሉ ዓይነታት ስፖርት ድማ ኣብ ኦሊምፒክስ ዝሕቈፍ ብምዃኑን ንኹሉ ዓይነታት ስፖርት ክተጠቓልል ክትድረኽ እያ። ስለዚ ድማ፦
ብርዱእ ናይ መግዛእትን ካልእን ምኽንያታት ስፖርት ሃገርና ብከተማታት፡ ኣውራ ብኣስመራ ዝተዓብለለ ብምዃኑ ኣብ መላእ ሃገር ምዕሩይ ዝርግሐን ዕድላትን ንኽህሉ ኣብ ምድራኽ፣ ስፖርት ብባህሪኡ ህዝባዊ ስለዝኾነ ውድድርን ተሳታፍነትን ሓፋሽ ኣብ ምዕዛዝ ከምኡ’ውን ሃገራዊ ስፖርት ኣብ ውሑዳትን ስሙያትን ዓበይትን ዓይነታት ስፖርት ዘተኮረ ኮይኑ ንኸይተርፍ ኣብተን ንኣሽቱ ዓይነታት ስፖርትን ባህላዊ ጸወታታትን ከምዘድህብ ኣብ ምግባር እጃማ ከተበርክት ትጽቢት ይግበረላ።
ኣብ መወዳእታ ሃገራዊ ኮሚቴ ኦሊምፒክስ ኣብ ከምዚ ደረጃ ክበጽሕ ብምኽኣሉ እናመጎስኩ፡ ከም ኣብቲ ልሙድ ስርሑ ነዛ መርበብ ሓበሬታ’ዚኣ ኣብ ምምዕባላን ነተን ዝተረፋ ፈደረሽናት ስፖርት ኣብነት ከምትኸውን ኣብ ምግባራን ብዝለዓለን ቀጻልነት ብዘለዎ መገዲን ከምዝነጥፍ እምንቶይ እዩ።

Statement from the Culture and Sport Commissioner
It is well known fact that sport is a universal dynamic activity that is more than mere hobby or entertainment. In Eritrea, sport has surely been instrumental in solidifying national identity and unity as well as building healthy, ethical and confident youth. Sport is also a universal language that creates solidarity and unity nationally and internationally respectively. This can help Eritrea to play a vital role in sport diplomacy.
The Media plays an important role in meeting the above principles and objectives. The National Media have been contributing well to cover sport events and foster sport spirit until now. Never the less, nowadays there is a need to develop an active, faithful and engaging voice of the Eritrean National Olympic Committee and the National Sport Federations.
This new website, which is the first of its kind has been christened ''erinoc'' and will be administered by the Eritrean National Olympic Committee. As the Olympic Games include almost all kinds of sports, the website will be driven to cover multiple sport events.
A trend largely set by colonialism in Eritrea has lead to sport being more confined to larger cities like Asmara. The website is expected to play a part in covering and bringing to light all types of sports i.e. not only commonly played dominant types that have news coverage but also other kinds of sport and cultural games that were until now overlooked.
In conclusion, I would like to thank the NOC for its hard work in making this website a success. I am sure this will be the beginning of further endeavours and efforts, setting a good example for the other sport federations to follow.
